If the hotelier does not provide the hotel rooms that have been ordered and confirmed, the guest shall be entitled to the following services, provided that the guest can prove that he has suffered a corresponding loss: Any price difference for appropriate alternative accommodation for a maximum of five nights, depending on the duration of the original booking; costs for transport to the alternative accommodation; the hotelier is not responsible for the guest’s subjective dissatisfaction with the accommodation, provided that he provides the agreed services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
If the hotelier incurs a loss due to the guest not using the room in accordance with the contract (cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure), the guest is liable for this loss under general contract rules (OR 97) and the rules of tenancy law for early return of the property (OR 264). If the travel agency withdraws from or cancels the contract, the deadlines and compensation fees of the agreement between the Swiss Hoteliers’ Association and the Swiss Travel Agency Association apply, unless otherwise agreed.

A cancellation period (release) of 28 days is granted for bookings of more than 10 rooms.
Cancellations made within this period will be charged at 100%.
